New energy is blowing on the Coteaux du Lyonnais.

It comes from a young generation of vine growers who breathes dynamism into the whole appellation. Together, they took a step around singular vintages. Optimum maturity, small yield and long vatting are their main characteristics. The range expands and the vintages reflect at best all the richness of their soil as well as the work of the men who shape it.

Red Side

EYE I The colour of the wine has beautiful ruby tones.

NOSE I Notes of small red fruits dominate the first nose, such as strawberry for example. For the oldest vintages, the aromas of stewed black fruit bring a beautiful complexity.

MOUTH I The velvety tannins initiate a beautiful fruity balance and bring a pretty roundness to the palate.

CELLARING TIME I 3 to 5 years

ORIGINAL ACCORD I Supreme of Dombes can with raspberry vinegar juice.

White Side

EYE I The golden shades dominate and are interspersed with green reflections.

NOSE I The vivacity of the nose is surprising. The dominant aroma is expressed through citrus notes and a fine minerality.

MOUTH I The harmony continues with the tasting. The palate reveals a beautiful aromatic complexity and a lot of freshness.

CELLARING TIME I To drink young or to forget in the cellar for a few years for the matured vintages.

ORIGINAL ACCORD I Tartar of sour sea bass with mango, vanilla and apple Granny Smith

Pink Side

EYE I The colour of the wine is pale, with hints of salmon pink.

NOSE I Very fruity, the nose is characterized by aromas of small red fruits.

MOUTH I Gamay produces gourmet and balanced wines that combine freshness and amplitude in the mouth.
